To build stronger legal foundations that empower health systems to operate effectively and equitably, build resilience, and save lives.

The Vision

A future with resilient and healthy communities worldwide, sustained by health systems anchored in robust legal frameworks.

Why It Matters

Strong legal frameworks make strong health systems. They enable financing, coordination, accountability, and efficient decision-making for effective response.

Paired with sound implementing policy, robust legal frameworks drive resilience and long-term system-wide change, resulting in better health outcomes across communities, regions, and the world.
